In Maui, the road to Hana is an AWESOME drive and allows you to see the more traditional cultural aspects of Maui. Be sure to get the tape that describes the sites you’ll see (including seven waterfalls at one time, I think called the Seven Sisters). There’s a bike tour leaving Mt. Haleakula that takes you from the top of this volcanic mountain at the crack of dawn down to the land below through the morning. You can see the sunrise through the fog and get an exhilirating rush!
Maui is awesome for snorkeling, as the waters are crystal clear. Be sure to go to a luau and enjoy those awesome delights! And, if you’re really adventourous(!), don’t forget parasailing!!
If you can take a quick trip to Honolulu, stop at the USS Arizona Memorial. It’s incredible, breathtaking, and humbling. Very memorable experience.

Ok, you can tour the Volcano…(You can even go out on the lava! They have guides that will take you out there, and they know the “safe places”).
You can bike ride down the Mountain…I think it takes 4 hours to complete the ride!
You can go Surfing…
You can go swimming but bring shoes! The black “sand” or pumice rock will tear up your feet and you need to wear shoes on certain beaches, unless you go to the beaches where they have the white sand (its imported).
You can go for a helicopter ride all around the islands, or a sea plane ride to different islands.
They have jungles there in the big island, where it rains a lot. Backpacking is always fun.
Rent a scooter, or car, or bike and see a lot of the island. (its actually larger than you think because they have pineapple plantations, and even some huge open spaces so you will need a car or scooter to see it all).
I hope you have a wonderful vacation!
I wish you well..

It depends on when your going. Most of my clients go to Hawaii for Golf, or surfing. I’m booking some clients now who want to go to the ProBowl in February.
While some simly want to enjoy the Luao and the beach.
